Abstract: Two new divanilloylglucopyranoses 1, 6-di-O-vanilloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 1, 2-di-O-vanilloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) have been isolated from the roots of Glehnia littoralis. Their structures were identified from spectroscopic evidence.
