Abstract: Heteronone B, a compound found in the aerial part of Leonurus heterophyllus. In this study, the 13C NMR and 1H NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned using 1D-NMR and 2D-NMR techniques including gHSQC, gHMBC. Its structure was elucidated to be 15, 16-epoxy-6-hydroxylabd-5(6), 8, 13(16), 14-tetraen-3, 7-dione.
