Abstract: Five alkaloids with the skeleton of 2, 3, 9, 10-tetraoxygenated protoberberine identified as tetrahydrocorysamine (1), tetrahydrocoptisine (2), corydaline (3), tetrahydropalmatine (4), and dehydrocorydaline chloride (5) were isolated from the bulbs of Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang. Among them, tetrahydrocorysamine was isolated from this plant for the first time. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra signals of these compounds were assigned completely based on 2D NMR spectrum. Some errors of the data in the references were revised.
