Determination of (-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-Dglucopyranoside in Glehnia littoralis by SPE-HPLC Na Liu;Hongyu Ma;Fang Gao;Zhong Yuan* 2015 (4):  79-84.  摘要 ( 445 )   A new simple and reliable HPLC method was established for determining the contents of (-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-Dglueopyranoside in Glehnia littoralis. HPLC analysis was performed on Classic C18-SPE column (500 mg, 6 ml) and C18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) using a gradient elution of water (A) and methanol-acetonitrile (B, 10:90, v/v), the column temperature was set at 30°C, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. The linear range was 10.7- 214.0 μg·ml-1, the average recovery was 96.1%, and RSD was 1.2%. The method was reliable, accurate, and was successfully applied to quantify the (-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside content in Glehnia littoralis collected from different areas in China. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Antioxidant phenols from the seeds of Crataegus pinnatifida Ming Bai;Xiaoxiao Huang*;Zhuoyang Cheng;Le Zhou;Qin Li;Qingbo Liu;Shaojiang Song* 2015 (4):  85-90.  摘要 ( 481 )   In order to stimulate the development of new sources of antioxidant compounds, we focused on the hawthorn seeds. Two new phenylpropanoids threo-7S,8S-7-ethyoxysyringylglycerol (1) and erythro-7S,8R-7-ethyoxysyringylglycerol (2) along with six known phenols (3-8) were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction. The structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses, especially NMR, HRESIMS and CD spectra. All isolates were tested for their antioxidant abilities against DPPH and ABTS radicals, and compounds 1-5 showed moderate DPPH radical scavenging activity and potent ABTS radical scavenging activity. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Establishing an antituberculosis model for screening traditional medicines Peng Song;Yu Chen;Rui Zhang;Di Li;Wei Xu* 2015 (4):  91-96.  摘要 ( 546 )   In this paper, a novobiocin super sensitive mutant Mycobacterium phlei S2 and a super resistant mutant M. phlei R2 were first obtained with the UV mutagenesis method. Based on the susceptibility differences among M. phlei 1180, M. phlei S2 and M. phlei R2, an antituberculosis primary screening model was established. Whether the target specificity (DNA gyrase subunit B) screening model was suitable for screening the drugs was investigated using the paper disk method. With the application of the screening model, three traditional medicine extracts were selected having obvious target specificity effect. 相关文章 | 计量指标
