Comprehensive quality control of Xue Fu Zhu Yu Pillbased on chromatographic fingerprints and antioxidantactivity combined with chemometrics methods Yaning Gao;Guoxiang Sun *;Ping Wang;Jiayue Gao 2015 (2):  23-38.  摘要 ( 449 )   High-performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint technique was adopted to monitor the quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Xue Fu Zhu Yu Pill (XFZYP). The novel 24 levels of systematic quantified fingerprint methods (SQFMs) were set up, and 230 nm HPLC fingerprints as well as 6 maker components were determined and identified, in combination of antioxidant activity detected by DPPH. Chromatographic fingerprints resolution information index RI was employed to screen the optimized condition for sample analysis, and chemometrics was used to extract more information from the data. By 24 levels SQFMs, the samples show accepted quality of 1~4. With help of multi-criteria decision making ranking methods (MCDM) PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) and GAIA (Geometrical Analysis for Interactive Aid), the XFZYP samples from two manufactures were efficiently differentiated and classified. Furthermore, the antioxidant activity results expressed as IC50 were further analyzed by PLSR (Partial Least Squares Regression) to establish spectrum-efficacy relationship and to predict the IC50. The work indicates that the proposed method is sensitive, efficient and reliable for fast determining complex chemicals, which is practical and possible for controlling quality of XFZYP. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Simultaneous quantification of four major bioactivecompounds in Qirong Pills by high-performance liquidchromatography Boyu Jing *;Lili Ma;Xia Zheng;Jia Zhao;Rui Yang;Si Tang 2015 (2):  39-45.  摘要 ( 458 )   A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four major bioactive compounds, protocatechic acid, catechin, acteoside and quercetin, contained in Qirong pills. The optimal conditions involved separation on a Diamonsil-C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using a gradient elution with a mobile phase of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution with the detection at 260 nm. Excellent linearity was obtained over the investigated concentration ranges, with the values of r higher than 0.999 for all the analytes. The recoveries, measured at three concentration levels, varied from 99.8% to 103.4%. The results indicate that the method is reproducible, precise and can be used for the quality control of Qirong pills. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Highly Effectively Evaluating the quality consistency ofDihuang Pills by Quantified both HPLC and IR profilesthat assisted by antioxidant activity Xinxin Chen;Guoxiang Sun *;Jiayue Gao;Lei Wang;Yue Zou 2015 (2):  46-56.  摘要 ( 427 )   A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for fingerprint profiling to evaluate the quality consistency of DHPs. Method validation results demonstrate that desired precision, repeatability, and a sample stability test was achieved. The HPLC fingerprints of samples were evaluated by PCA and the similarity analysis introduced by us. The infrared spectral fingerprint (IR-FP) was also achieved as a supplement of qualitative information. At last, DPPH assay was performed to assess the antioxidant activity of DHPs, in vitro, which was correlated to the fingerprint components. This study demonstrates that HPLC fingerprint combined with IR-FP and antioxidant ability provides a reliable and efficient methodology for the assessment of quality of the TCM and herbal preparations. 相关文章 | 计量指标
