摘要： Common cnidium fruit is widely used as a highly valued medicinal plant to treat impotence, frigidity and skin diseases. In order
to investigate the germicidal efficacy of the C. cnidium fruit aqueous extract, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used
to carry out the laboratory study. It was found that the aqueous extract of C. cnidium fruit had obvious germicidal efficacy in
suspension exposed to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia coli ATCC 8099, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 9372, Canidia
albicans ATCC 10231, and Aspergillius niger ATCC 16404. Our findings could provide an experimental basis in the selection of
appropriate bacteriostatic natural products isolated from C. cnidium fruit in industria factories and research laboratories.
