Application of transgenic mice to the studies of inflammatory factors associated with asthma 2016 (2):  27-36.  摘要 ( 348 )   PDF(644KB) ( 295 )   Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of airways characterized by prominent inflammatory cells infiltrated. And these inflammatory cells can secrete a series of inflammatory cytokines which are critical in the research of the occurrence and development of asthma. In vivo animal models can offer valuable information on several aspects of asthma pathogenesis and treatment. Transgenic mice, helping us efficiently and accurately define the function of specific genes in lungs, can be made animal models needed in evaluating the potential contribution to the pathogenesis and progression made by asthma inflammatory cells and cytokines. In this review, we will discuss the application of transgenic mice to the research on the onset and development of asthma in recent years, especially the inflammatory factors involved in them. And transgenic mice will play a more important role in the study of anti-asthma drugs than ever before. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Fast quantified counter chemicals of Dan Shen by fingerprints and correlated with antioxidating profiles 2016 (2):  37-47.  摘要 ( 300 )   PDF(1683KB) ( 425 )   A combination method of fingerprint analysis and antioxidant analysis was developed and validated in order to evaluate the quality consistency of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) / Dan Shen (DS). In the fingerprint analysis nine major chromatographic peaks were detected in DS sample, which were identified as: Protocatechuic acid (PHA), Protocatechualdehyde (PHD), Rosmarinic acid (RMA), Caffeic acid (CFA), Tanshinone IIA (T2A), Salvianolic acid B (SAB), Lithospermic acid (LSA), Propanoic acid (PPA), Salvianolic acid A (SAA). In the antioxidant analysis, IC50 and antioxidant capacity of the individual markers was successfully measured and predicted coupled with partial least squares regression (PLSR). This study indicated that the antioxidant activity, and the associated fingerprint analysis based on systematically quantified fingerprint method (SQFM) could assess the quality of TCM efficiently and credibly. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Simultaneous quantification of three major sanshools in analgesic bacteriostatic gel by HPLC 2016 (2):  48-53.  摘要 ( 342 )   PDF(760KB) ( 494 )   A rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method had been developed and validated for the analysis of three main ingredients in analgesic bacteriostatic gel. Hydroxy-α-sanshool (HAS), hydroxyl-β-sanshool (HBS) and hydroxy-γ-sanshool (HRS) were separated on a Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution system. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (v/v) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and UV detection was performed at 270 nm. The method was validated according to the Chinese Pharmacopeia (2015). Linearity (r > 0.9990) was observed over the concentration ranges of 3.24–58.32, 0.656–11.81 and 0.304–5.48 mg/L for HAS, HBS and HRS. The average recovery for HAS, HBS and HRS was 96.9%, 97.2% and 97.9%. The method was found simple and rapid, which can be suitable for the determination of the three main ingredients in analgesic bacteriostatic gel. 相关文章 | 计量指标
