摘要/Abstract

Abstract: Three compounds were extracted from the rhizomes of Dioscorea spongiosa and identified as pregnadienolone 3-O-β-chacotrioside, pregnadienolone 3-O-β-gracillimatriose and hypoglaucin G, respectively. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and normal- and reversed-phase preparative TLC, and their chemical structures were determined by NMR and MS. Their stimulatory activity on the proliferation and mineralization of osteoblasts is reported in this paper.
