Abstract: Nine compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Epimedium koreanum Nakai. On the basis of their physical and chemical properties and spectral data, they were identified as caohuoside F ( 3,5,7-trihydroxyl-4′-methoxy-8-( 3〞-hydroxyisopentyl ）-flavone-7-O-β-D – glucopyranosyl-3-O-β-D –glucopyranosyl（1→3）-α-L-（4-acetyl）rhamnopyranoside )(1), maohuoside B (2), epimedin A (3), epimedin B (4), icariin (5), icriside II (6), icariside I (7), epimedoside A (8), and hexandraside E (9). Compound 1 was a new compound, and compound 2 was separated from the plant for the first time.
